Sam Winer Motors ,(330) 628-4881, had the best price on those when I was shopping around for them around $33 a piece for a duece. You can always slide it back on then weld a plate across the back of the old bushing for a temporary fix to hold it on the arm. I think I can imagine what you were...
Whos paying who? Have you seen it before Mike? I've had this as my wallpaper on one of my work computers for the past year. I think its pretty funny, mostly because the passengers "lungs" are bigger than the drivers head and mullet.
Funny pic I found on the internet a while back and finally figured out how to post it. Interesting way to set up a duece. Ok it didnt work , sorry, I'll figure it out
If thats a fuel line fitting, I bought a couple of the ones on the left at Napa. I had to make a couple of new fuel lines for some trucks, It was a perfect match.
My truck needed a paint job when I got it. I spent hours tryingto sand down one fender, got real sick from the dust etc, even wearing a mask. I gave up on the prep work, its just too much on truck that big with 12 layers of paint, some of it brushed on. So I taped everything off and just...
RE: Looking at getting a Deuce, how much did you get yours f
Got my keeper from Gl Barstow for $1200 with 400 miles on a new motor and new tires as well as a fresh service (had paperwork in glove box). Picked it up drove it home, without a top or windshield glass. Have spent $1200 to add a...
I tried adjusting my perfectly good working duece horn a while back and it hasnt been the same since. My advice is dont mess with it if its not broke. Mine no longer works correctly.
My horn quit working. I tried messing with little allen screws on the back to get a deeper sound and now I just get a raspy sea lion type noise. Havent been able to tune it back to normal yet and have had a couple idiots cut me off that needed some horn up their butt.
I have to agree with BFR. It would be different if the car was an old rusted out abandoned car out in the middle of the desert, but this very well could have been an unreported stolen vehicle that the deputy just red tagged because it was'nt in the system as stolen yet. Probably your typical...
I used to get alot of blow by fumes from the crankcase vent tube. I siliconed up all the little unused holes on the firewall and added the shifter boots, it helped alot. I plan on running the vent tube back into the intake canister to make my truck more environmentally friendly.
I called them directly a couple of months ago. They referred me to a dealer in Colorado, could have been because I was just looking for the drag link control valve. The guy was helpful by faxing me a parts list but they dont deal with individuals. By the way, the drag link is $600 by itself from...
Last the seller E-mailed me was I think "$3500 and its yours". I have access to a set of 5 ton axles also if I havent already mentioned that before. I doubt this guy will let it go for anything less than what it ended at the first time around. If you guys need the towbar let me know.
