Newbie checking out a deuce today??

I'd be a little leary of a deuce that needed ether to start in such warm weather. MIght be a fuel bleed down problem or possibly low compression; who knows. Good luck.

    Kublos Surplus, Brackney Pa.

That place is awesome. Ive been dealing with ken for about 4 years an he's about as honest as they come. Those videos are a little dated so anyone heading up wil see double the amount of trucks than whats in the videos. I ll be heading up there myself next saturday.:)

    African Queen 1943 M16A2 MGMC Half-Track

Thats awesome that you were able to get that piece of history back to the states. My grandfather was a squad leader, gun crewman of a M16A2 in WWII in the ETO. The picture is of his M16 in central europe. The name in the picture was my grandmothers and he pointing it out to her where he had it...

    Front hubs

I appreciate the info. There are also 2 large lifting rings welded to the front bumper. They stick up about 6 inches higher than the bumper, maybe for the same application.

    Front hubs

I was wondering what these hubs were used for. I figured maybe for lifting or possibly an earlier model year. Any clarification would be great. They stick out farther than my other trucks. (pictures show the 2 different types)
