In pic 3 it looks like there is oil leaking from the turbo? might be an issue might not.

Scout, You do not want to switch the inner and outer bearings. if that is what you were saying. the inside diameter is differant....... ask me how I know!

Also ,you want a very good alignment or you will eat belts. Put a straight edge on the edge of the pully.

A loose or slipping Alt belt will affect your out put.
