There are tons of installs we do that require liquid nitrogen per the (insert large airplane mfg.) specifications.
The alcohol/dry ice method wont shrink it as much, but dry ice can be had at most grocery stores or fire extinguisher shops.
An old aerospace bushing/bearing trick that works well is a block of dry ice in a can of alcohol.
Submerge your race for a couple of minutes and install.
You might not even need the torch.
