RE: Re: RE: towing a m1o1a1 3/4 ton trailer
South River? You are right near Ziggy O. He's just over the river on Pulaski. Can't miss his house with all the mv's. Watch out for the cameras around the house. The FBI didn't like the cameras either.
I think your biggest concern with towing an...
RE: M1009 Mod. Pic
Nice looking truck. Not much rust? I have a Code 3 MX7000 light bar for sale if you are interested. It's the same as Mike Maynard's but with red lenses.
List,
As you may know, the MVPA Convention is being held in Portland, OR this year. It is taking place at the same time that the annual Northwest Mogfest happens. We are planning a convoy of European vehicles from Sheridan, OR (NWMF) to the MVPA Convention. Anyone who wants to participate in...
I've run home brew bio in my M1009 several times. I don't put in more than 50% though. Never had a problem except when it got colder. My fuel filters will clog easily because it gels faster than diesel fuel.

RE: So what you saying..
I've got two of the crank down wheel assemblies from and M353 which are similar to the ones on your M200. I haven't had a use for them if you are interested. I'll take photos tomorrow if so.
Redwolf,
On the M1009, you don't need the rear backing bar to attach the plate since it is attached at the base of the plate on a bracket to the bumper. With the rear backer, this allows you to attach a plate to the grill like on most other MVs.
Tom,
I just installed a block heater on my M1009. It's real easy if you don't accidentally push the freeze plug into the block. I used the most accessible plug which was on the passenger side. I pickd mine up at NAPA for $18. It made all the difference in the world when we had minus 10...
