I saw one on craigslist last week, they referred to it as a military blazer, I think it was out towards Ventura, do a search for the past week or 10 days under key word diesel in cars and trucks.
Hello, the land I store my M105 trailer on is being sold and I dont want to put it in my garage so I must sell it. It is in pretty darn good shape. It has the rear folding support stand, the newer style front landing gear that cranks up and down, all four of the side panels, electrical and...
That is the same thought running through my head as I'm filling up. On the video, is that just from shooting an inflated tire/rim or are there explosives involved?
A good place that I have recently been looking at is www.craigslist.com if you live in a major city that they have listings in. Lots of good deals to be found. I just scored a good running driving no major problems 86 jeep cherokee 4x4 for $275.00. There was a complete chevy diesel 3/4 ton...
Was the line rusted? Ive seen some pretty rusted lines on trucks and some that arent secured properly and vibrate. After time the rust along with the harmonics could probably lead to a line failure.
I would start with an alignment. After I lifted one of my trucks I got a very scary wobble on my way to getting it aligned. After the alignment and new tires it went away. I'm sure weve all seen those skid marks where something broke in the steering and the tires went flopping back and forth at...
They look great Kevin! Bet that storage is costing a pretty penny, I pay $80/month for my motorhome and thats not even covered storage. Hows that generator run?
I was thinking about the same thing regarding the upcoming Port Hueneme auction. The trucks have absolutely no description unlesss they add that later. I would think you have a leg to stand on if it doesnt say no sf-97 issued in the auction and you end up winning a truck.
Check it out here. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=4606679076&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT The guy I work with uses them on all his vehicles and he said it really does clean up your oil and keeps it looking new instead of black. Just throw in a new roll of 2...
Any body familiar with the Frantz bypass filtration system. It uses toilet paper rolls as the filter. I work with a guy that swears by them and I am considering getting one. The company name might have changed but Ebay has NOS Frantz available for $104.
I wouldnt think fuel economy would change much if at all unless you put your foot in it more, even then it would probably be very little. Seems like alot of work/money for a few extra horsepower, unless your truck needs anew motor anyway. What kind of milage are you getting now?
Does it matter which way they get pressed in? I ordered 8 to do the bottoms. The top ones still look pretty good so I'm not going to mess with them yet. Looks like the spring pack has to come off to access those.
