Suburban tank won't fit (burb tank is too long).
Edit: I just looked at their website.
I don't see how one model can cover such a broad range of years & models !!!
I've used the one in garland (when I use to live in Dallas co) also used the one in Richardson without any issues & no weight slips. I'm in Collin co now & have them trained :)
EDIT: FMV is under antique plate section.
When I said I had to "argue" with them, I did it in a respectful manner.
They do reg & title work all day long but most have never done a military vehicle.
They get in a mindset that just because they have never done one doesn't mean that it can't be done.
Most people don't like being taught...
I personally think this is total B.S.
An sf-97 is a GOVERNMENT TITLE !!!!
I had to argue with them & get the supervisor to call AUSTIN when I titled my (2) 5 tons.
After a 20min ordeal I got it straightened out.
On the plus side I only paid tax on what Govliquidation said they paid for them...
If your not happy with the 6.5 (gutless), you won't be happy with a turbo'ed 6.2.
Go with the 6.0 & smile every time you mash the go pedal & it moves !!!
I almost dislike reading about this truck :)
That has got to be one of the most useful tools a person could have.
I have an M916 sitting here just begging for a really big knuckle boom.
Please keep the pics coming & I like your LEDs also 👍👍
Is the break away engaged or released ?
There has been an issue with some of these, the bearings are set too tight.
Remove the bearing cap, cotter pin, loosen the axle nut & reinstall.
Repack bearings while your in there & you might make note of seal # while you have it apart.
EDIT: Looks...
