Thank to Ronmar I figured out that a CTIS seal (new one) for some reason was loosing air when under pressure. The ctis seals have 2 lips, one on each side. I measured the lip on the air side andit was 0.015 bigger than another spare seal. Remounted everything and now works again.
If you do a hub...
Thank you sir!
Indeed probably was the outside ctis seal leaking. Even if it was brand new it was 0,4mm larger than others. probably this was way too much to close when on pressure.
Tomorrow I will finish mounting the hub and let you know!
Thank you again!

Hello guys.
Sorry to bother you, but I have a question about ctis and the front axle.
I rebuild my front axle due ctis seals replacement. it should not be the reason, but now if I power on the ctis and the system is pressurized, the front axle and differential is also under pressure and air...
Hello guys.
Today I tried to do the brake maintenance of my M1078 A0 truck. The brake itself was quite easy to rebuild, but I was not able to loose the nut that fix the brake chamber, to be able to unscrew the chamber from the brake assembly.
How did you loose that nut, or can I try with a big...
It goes nearly down till bottom of the bumper, to cover also the 2 air inlets. What I like is that I can flip it up to get some air through the radiator if temperatures rise. Plus I do not need to rise the cab. At that temps I prefer to be fast.
At -30C engine temp is around 95C, at -10C I can...
Not the nicest hack, but works for me: It's a thermo cover for windows, punch a few holes, few cable straps and you're done.
Worked for me also at -30°C, and you can easily flip it up if you are on highway and engine get's hot.

Hello forum.
Do you suggest to block the air ride system when doing heavy offroad, like on steep hills / dunes? What else you would do when crossing a sandy desert zone, except air pressure and 4wd mode engaged?
Christian
You can let the 150psi sensor in, it's not a problem. But you need to change the mode presets to read the correct value from the transducer. Since my ECU can set 4 diffrent pressures you can put almost every pressure per mode. Easiest thing is to inflate / deflate the tires to the right...
Yes right! Sorry about my bad english.
There's a TM about the winch maintenance, but nothing about the motor. Seems it's not serviceable, but I can't immagine that a hydr. motor is not serviceable.
What I don't understand is why leaks when winch is not in use, and under load it's almost the...
