I have a 66 M35 waiting for me with less than 100 hours and 35k miles, but I just noticed that it's missing a gauge. The one in the bottom right corner.
Depending on where I look (TM, picture of other M35s), its either a ammeter (battery charge) or air pressure gauge.
Anyway to know for sure...
Incoming deuce is a 1966 Kaiser/Jeep M35.
Its currently up to what I can only assume is the lastest specs.
I would like to take the thing back to the condition it was in in 1966 (dad was in 'Nam for 66-67) so this is kinda my tribute to him.
Are there any significant issues to doing this...
Everything seems to be moving along. Won item 12/2. EUC e-mailed 12/3 (although web site still says pending reciept, I got an email from info@GL saying they got it and forwarded it to EUC dept) CC charged for auction amount and buyers premium (verified on CC statement).
What about sales tax...
I read this in the terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions for auction sales at Government Liquidation
"There is a processing fee of $60 for EACH SF97 requested. Customers requiring a state certificate of title will be charged $77.75. GL will determine whether your state requires a state...
Does anyone have an ORIGINAL oil filter on their CCKW? I would like to see what the decals say.
Original CCKW oil filters were white with decals. If yours is black its a replacement.. I have plenty of those.
Please post or PM me for my email.
Quick question about a getting a vehicle off the GL lot.
Not sure if I read this right, but the GL Lot info in MI says that I need license, insurance and registration to take a vehicle off base.... thats cool.
How to I insure/register a vehicle I don't own?
Are there some keywords I need to...
If any one has a copy of the MAY, 1943 GMC Parts manual could they scan and post/email a copy of the carburetor exploded view page?
I am interested in knowing if the the exploded diagram show a callout for a fuel level sight plug.
Thanks.
I suggest that *ANY* vehicle offered for sale or trade on SS *MUST* have a title.
A lot of people would be saved some $$$ and states that will not accept a bill of sale vehicle or have to pay penalties for not registering/titleing a vehicle within a certain date etc etc etc.
I have a Zenith series 28 carb.. they were used on GMC 270s - 302s.
Anyone have a source for meter rods and jets? The rebuild kit doesn't seem to have enough parts... plus if I booger one up I would like to have a spare and not have to drop $50 on another rebuild kit.
Anyone know of any 353 open cab parts trucks on the east coast?
Looking for an outer windshield frame, wiring bits, not really in need of any driveline parts... mostly cab bits.
