no problems at all, trailer turned out to be better than I thought it would be. Still waiting for the SF-97 so I can get tags for it. I'm very pleased with the trailer. The GL guys were fantastic at the site.

Air Force TO 36-1-3 , 1988, calls for all tactical M-series vehicles to be painted with semi-gloss dark green color number 24052 of federal standard 595, conforming to MIL-C-83286. Administrative vehicles were strata blue.

The heater output went through a diverter box on the M151, so you could direct warm air to the windsheild or floor as desired. Here's a pic of the blower and diverter box:

Chuck,
I think you kinda took Rick's comments the wrong way. My belief, based on knowing him, was that he was just trying to warn you of possible negative outcomes, not that he was accusing you of anything. Stuff like that does happen where he is, and usually it happens to him lol. He forgets...
all M416's were 24 volt regardless of which model lights it had. Most dealers have parts for m-series lights. Gamma Goat lenses were a popular mod too. I left my 416 stock with the composite lights as they are much more visibile.

Hey all,
I'm looking for two HYP-57/TSEC Vehicular Power Adapters for the KY-57 encryption unit. Working is preferred but will take either way.
anyone got any?
Jim
Thanks Randy
My route does go that way, main PA TP west, then PATP Ext north to Rt 81.
The trailer is only going about 8/10's of a mile when I pick it up, to our other house in Bordentown. It'll be there while I wait for the SF-97 so I can get tags for it here in NY. It'll come to NY in tow...
no problem, saturn has most of the electrical stuff, lights, cables, connectors etc. Niagara has the mechanical stuff, axles, shocks, tailgates, side racks, bows etc. good luck with your project, I'm looking forward to picking mine up soon too.

some states dont even title older vehicles. here in Ny all you can get is a transferrable registration. I don't understand the big deal though, you can always use a title company to get one if your state requires one. $150 bucks and your good to go in about a week. Did it with my jeep, worked...
the extinguishers on the M151's were halon. as far as looks go a red bottle is a red bottle. you would have to read the label to tell if it was halon or co2....

There is a pintle adapter, BMG parts usually has them. Not cheap, but a lot less work. You would then be able to use your cradle on different mounts.
