    Took my heater core out, it was leaking. Once out all it was needing was the outlet tube resoldered. Got that done and reinstalled, no more leaks. Also the shutter-stat was not working, took it apart and replaced the orings. Waiting on a new primer pump from France of all places, hopefully can...

    Sorry I don't have anything to add but what the others have said, but I would like to know where you got the new fangled hand primer pump. I don't think mine is working and would like another option than the stock replacement. Thanks

    What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

    Replaced the fuel line between the fuel filter and pump, orings in the primer pump and got her started. Ran crappy at first but cleared up the more it was driven. Believe it to be air in the lines. Bye the the way that hand primer sucks.

    I had to replace the #5 liner on mine and I can tell you getting that rocker box of is a pita. If I remember right I removed it to the drivers side, couldn't get it off the passengers side. Putting it back on is a pain in the butt also, getting all the rockers back where they need to go. I...

    Rocket boosters, or always drive downhill with a stiff wind at your back. But seriously you probably have the 11x20 tires, if you swapped them out for the 14's you will gain some. Mine with the 14's will go 60 comfortably.
