Hey Rich, I have a couple that have a little rust if you don't get any hits for good ones - I'll bring them if you are interested and I'll give you a deal on them.
The spaces are big enough for large campers. Water and electric hook ups. Dump stations. Check the electric before setting up though, because there have been problems.
I got my electric brake controller and 12v accessory plugs installed and working last week.
Today, my brother and I machined the front spring perches to correct the skittish front end problem that has bugged me since we switched to G177s. The hardest part of the job was figuring out how to...
Thanks Don! Hey, there's nothing wrong with a driver - I'm sure that you will have more fun with yours than I do, although I don't baby mine that much. I built mine to use without having to worry about a scratch here and there, and still look good in a parade.
Would be neat to have 2 M38a1s there. You always see a bunch of MBs and a few m151s and sometimes an m38, but rarely see more than my m38a1 there (I think there was one there riding around the other year and a parts one for sale the other year).
Would be good to see you again Don - hope you and your wife can make it this year!
I talked/IM with Cabell last week - he said he had a few things in mind and would get on it and post up soon.
Overall, I like it! The only things I would do different are 1) put early m series tail lights inset in the rest instead of the big ones, and 2) move the bumperettes out wider on the rear crossmember.
What engine and axle ratios are you running? 4 speed? I bet it runs down the road a LOT better...
Hey Rich,
I think I am going to plan on leaving home early Friday morning so I can get to the show early to unhook the trailer and take the tires to his house. He is only about ~18 miles away, so it's not that big of a deal. I appreciate the offer though. That is UNLESS Walter doesn't want them...
I totally agree - search first. I just get tied of hearing it. There is also the problem of 10000 hits on the same subject, half of the links either open ended or members telling them to search. I recently ran into that problem searching for info on electric brake controller install in a deuce...
Hey Brandon, do you still have those M135/M34 rims from last year, or did you scrap them already? I might be interested in a couple if you still have them.

It's easier to come in off of Hwy 49 instead of going through Denton. Looking at the map, you turn on Gravel Hill rd, which turns into Cranford rd. The entrance will be on the left - has steam tractors on each side - can't miss it.
If the GPS...
I'll tell you Bobby. Most of the vendors at this show sell this and that, usually in well used condition. The items you sell should probably go pretty quick. I know you said you are going to downsize for this show, but the setup you had at the SSGR was great. The only difference is there won't be...
Ok, here is a simple map - I had to make my own since they didn't have one available. It's a little busy, but you get the idea. I have the MKT marked with Steel Soldiers marked around it - you can camp anywhere that is circled, I was just marking areas that are usually occupied by us.
You can set up on Thursday. There should be someone at the gate to direct you. A couple of years ago, there were some guys from Virginia that set up on the road going around the camping area. Last year CBR Metalworks set up AT his camping area and had plenty of business. I will see if I can find...
We just can't build a fire on the ground - it has to be elevated because there are water and electric lines just below the surface. Really - not deep at all! Micro has a nice, heavy duty octagon fire pit with stars laser cut in the sides that he brings to the show/rallies that works out really...
Oh yeah, good point Mike - forgot about that rule! Does anybody have a fire pit they can bring? How about wood? I can get some scrap pine boards from a local pallet company if no one else has any laying around.
It does seem to be coming together! I contacted my Michigan guys - he said that he...
