Heat with a torch to burn off oil the sand paper a little. If oil reappears, burry in a bucket of oil dry for a couple of days to pull oil out. Or replace and forget till next time. If you replace them, I will take your old ones.

Max tire size is 33" so it is only helping. I like it. Air assist down on axle just asking for problems. I have installed air assist on over the road trucks. Works great when new and needs clean air to continue to work properly. On top of the assist we put strainers and dryers on.

Wish mine looked that good. Get on the rust first thing but it will be worst then u see since they rust from inside out. No worries cutoff tool and a welder with patients it will be good as new. I love mine. I waited 38 years to get one. A friend sold me his for $1,500. It ran great. Neglect...

I have a dumb question on this very nice build, is air bags allowed on this size truck. I would think so since busses are bagged. Then I did not see any info on ride or drivability. Also, with bags you need good shocks. What was used. nice truck.
