    Gin Poles Finished

    Hoopsoft is finishing up the ginpoles tonight so he can lift a bed off a duece......lets see some pics of it in action! Anyone know what a dropside bed weighs? That snatchblock that Warthog has is exactly what he need to finish it off.

    little more info as I think of it........its a navy trailer a and it appears to have a 12 volt power plug only on it, smaller 6 pin. Needs repainted really badly, needs the landing gear repaired, but for the money its a great deal.

    Well....actually it is Jeffs (Hoopsoft), he's going to pull it with his duece tractor that he's working on.......BUT I can use it anytime! :-D We're on our way home from Corpus Christi right now.

    There must be a version of the m127 with a single axle and a 12 ton rating, cause I'm pulling one home right now. 30ft deck, single axle, 12 ton rating, air brake, and has a front panel on it. I'll take a better look at the data plate, but it was manufactured in 1992.

    My electrical system has not been messed with and is good working order and my GEN 1 light will barely glow when the heater fan is on and it will get slightly brighter when its on high.

    Looks good, wish I was there to help ya set them up.....few finishing touches and it'll be ready. Did you get a couple pins to replace the temporary "death bolts" holding the tubes together?

    I do have mine staight piped, I think it sounds good, but if you plan to ever run with the top off I wouldn't do it. I do plan to run a straight cut stack with a that is slightly longer to help cut down the sound in the cab some. I cut the flanges off the muffler.....welded a 90 to each and...
