You can NOT make a 4l60e a 4l60. There is no governer in a "e" like in the 700. There are other diferences but without a gov, Its imposible.

Im curious as whats so "rare" about this? I have a bunch of pwr-loc's (20 or so) There not that rare. Is it the 23 spline part? I have 23 spline side gears for the pwr-loc if somone is interested.
Exactly, 13,000/10=1,300lbs per tire 7,500/4=1,875lbs per tire.
Also, I thought you had a d-max already?
Do you have the trailer already? If not mabye consider one with air brakes insted of electric?
I guess I should try to word it different.
I am assuming you have a pintle trailer that you pull with the d-max? (if you are pulling it with the deuce it must be?)
The Max makes a ton more power so it will pull the trailer up to speed & maintain it where as a deuce is gonna take a while to...
There may be hope...... I forgot about a spot I had some junk stashed, Low & behold there was an International gasser with a trans and a stupidly long bellhousing. Brad & I peeled it off tonight and its in the garage thawing out, Will take some mesurments after dinner.
