The eldorado calipers dont work for ****. Check out the driveshaft brakes. Nice build btw, keep the pics coming.

I think they are perfect for what your wanting to use it for. Like other people on here have said the electrical is "different". With that being said check out the TM's & there are a lot of knowledgeable guys on here willing to help (if you use the tm's & search).

Have you had any issues with your rear springs ? Do you haul anything with it or is just a play toy ? Nice writeup you did on your build. BTW.

This is on the rear of the truck. It has nothing to do with frt driveshaft.

Yes it does. When you lower one end (rear) of a spring 8inches it does move the axle FORWARD. You are pivoting the axle on the frt hanger, its simple geometry.

The shackle flip DOES move it slighty forward (it pivots the rear springs down causing the axle to move forward). Its not alot but its noticeable !!!

Thanks Wayne I couldnt open the TB but did search m1031 radios. Did find pics of the plugs I was asking about. I would have never thought of mounting a radio right next to the generator. I guess you could only use it when the generator wasnt being used ???

Looks like there WAS an antenna on the upper right corner of box. Its the forward most box on pass side (where cutting bottles go). They are only about 2 feet long, next to the generator. Im working on getting pics posted.
