Air ride seats would be one upgrade I'd like to do in my M915A1's. I've bounced over that yellow line afew times on some of those shoty roads. Did around 800 miles in the one I got
in Topeka and 1100 miles from St Louis (fortunately I picked up an M871 in Oklahoma so that helped) to New Mexico...
I am really glad some of you guys have found good women! My OD addiction has not agreed with any that I have met. So maybe some day I'll get lucky and find a good one?
Until then I am going to try to aquire everything on my list before hand. So if I do meet one later on she will see right up...
Had the same thing happen to me in one of my M915A1's pulling my M871 trailer.
Pitch black been running several hours after dark, I got into the mountains and it
started to get alittle cool so i flipped on the heater switch to high and within a few seconds
I was completely in the dark! Oh man...
And I've been asked why I am so secure with my M915A1's. I padlock both doors and the steering wheels even
though they require a key to start! Better safe than sorry.
Finally was able to pick it up, after numerous set backs. Everything looks to be good under my trailer. Would of liked to had the side boards and highway tires too, but still very happy with the trailer!
Other than a landing gear handle, I did'nt have to do anything to the M871 I picked up in Oklahoma. Looked like it had been totally redone just before the auction, our tax dollars at work. Bighurt won his out of the same lot!
Have two M915A1 Tractors. Just drove one over 1100 miles home ( bought from Andy1234), outside St Louis MO to New Mexico. Picked up my M871 Trailer from StreetBikeDepot in Tuttle OK on the way!
Yes, One of my M101 trailers had side racks and the top bows when I previewed them. when I picked it up, they were gone. The other one still had them. I wasn't to hurt because the trailers were in real nice condition.
Geez, The local Indian reservation has an M911 and an M747 trailer just sitting out there. And its been sitting there since they drove it in. Yard art is my guess. Funny thing is, according to the road foreman, they went to pick up the M747 trailer at the base and when they arrived, they said...
On my M915A1 My Jake Brake and like gauges all of a sudden quit working also. After looking into it it turned out to be the circuit breaker was bad. After hunting down and replacing the breaker everything works fine. Had a hard time finding the breaker by the way!
Thanks Dave! My OD addiction is now even worse! Gotta have an M931! Hopefully some as nice as yours will come up for grabs near me.:drool::drool:
Yeah, I know all abount the 13'6" maximum. The street to my place has alot of trees and if you are anything over 12' you better be carefull! On another note a friend of mine had his M920 Tractor transported from Calif. to New Mexico on a RGN lowboy. He gave instructions to remove to top of...
