PBA (probably be alright), I'm in Kentucky and in Kentucky trailers are not required to be tagged unless they are utilized for commercial use. You will have the invoice w/ you proving ownership. I'd go for it.
Congrats on your new truck and successful recovery. Plus, you got a tan truck w/ green doors, you'll never have a problem spotting it in the Walmart parking lot...
The 450 lbs/ft torque is for the nuts that attach the outer wheel halves to the inner wheel half studs. The lug nuts that hold the wheel on are torqued to about 225lbs/ft, change a tire in the field requires German torque; goodintight to get home.
Dev,
Small world, I lived in Highview for 14 years, on Fern Haven Rd. Moved to Mt Eden in 2000. Save your $$ and take your time finding a truck. A good bud of mine has a couple of deuces for sale (A2 & A3).
Dev,
Welcome from Mt Eden. Lots of MVs in Kentucky, Kilroy Chapter of the MVPA is across the river. Find the right truck and have fun, Where abouts in Louisville are you?
Good for you, nice truck. Ive recovered four trucks from the Indy Truck Center. Separate your batteries and charge them nice and slow, one at a time. It might save them from an early death if they are not to old.

Kohl,
Welcome from Kentucky, nice truck, they always look good in the snow, we just got our first really big snow today. Put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator, it will warm up the cab a little more.
