    differences between rims?

$250 a wheel for a3 wheels is a good price. The A3 wheel has the most tire options with its mpt bead flange. Whereas a 5 ton wheel (and most other 2 piece combat wheels) have the industrial bead flange and you are restricted to only using tires with the same type bead.

How to remove tire from MRAP wheels

Yes. Lube thoroughly with soapy water. Don't be stingy with it. The tire will distort considerably when you pull it out but it shouldn't hurt the tire.

Sorry I wasn't sure of the exact name of those bolts. But I do think I have a few in a spare flange I have laying around. I can post a picture tomorrow.

    Red's deuce/camper project

395s will get you cruising at around 60mph. That's where my truck likes to cruise. That top brake adjuster is not considered a serviceable part. Might have to get creative fixing that. Brake fluid coming from the vent line is a bad airpack. DO NOT plug that line off. It vents the air...

    Move mobile home with deuce

Worst case find yourself some scrap metal and build a sled for the tongue of the mobile home. Then wrap a chain and drag away. Take it slow and easy. Though, if you do as others have suggested you will have a nice receiver hitch for towing normal trailers.

Toggle switch air tank drains possible?

That's a negative on using one of those. The haldex and other units designed for trucks purge the water from themselves every time the compressor cycles. That and the ones from the hardware stores suck. They would never handle the volume of moisture. The truck air dryers remove the water...

Toggle switch air tank drains possible?

I have a haldex pure air plus brand new in the box about to go on mine. Beats draining tanks and rusty air packs any way you look at it.

2 month old split axle boots

I'm running black one piece silicone boots from a local supplier. So far after 2 years they are shockingly still holding up. So dry rot and grease incompatibility don't seem to be an issue. Now for the bad. My buddy has gone through a couple of boots on his truck but not because of dry rot...

    Riverside LED Lights

Don't get me wrong. Many people have the led lights and love them. There's just a growing group of us who have spent a lot of money on them and gotten burned. I will admit I had a particularly bad experience. That being said I won't tell you not to get them. If you do purchase them I...

Correct. Jeepsinker's don't work. But they did work with incandescent housings.
