$250 a wheel for a3 wheels is a good price. The A3 wheel has the most tire options with its mpt bead flange. Whereas a 5 ton wheel (and most other 2 piece combat wheels) have the industrial bead flange and you are restricted to only using tires with the same type bead.
Yes. Lube thoroughly with soapy water. Don't be stingy with it. The tire will distort considerably when you pull it out but it shouldn't hurt the tire.

Worst case find yourself some scrap metal and build a sled for the tongue of the mobile home. Then wrap a chain and drag away. Take it slow and easy.
Though, if you do as others have suggested you will have a nice receiver hitch for towing normal trailers.
That's a negative on using one of those. The haldex and other units designed for trucks purge the water from themselves every time the compressor cycles.
