Mark I had a good look at it today, it is welded in, gonna have to come up with a way to cut the welds without tearing anything up, sawzall may be the ticket.
Mark the DVR side fender has a pretty good Whang in it, passenger side too but not as bad, sent these pics to your phone but was not sure if you got them. But they still look better than what you got, thats good work on the instrument cluster, wish you were closer I would put you to work!
That is so true, thats why I always try to give back as so many here and in MVPA in general have given me parts and knowledge over the years, more good folks in this business than turds!
Went to Joe's casa in Okie City today to pick up the rest of my goat parts, made a good haul including the elusive brace and the last piece for my trusses looks like I got the full set now:mrgreen:He even let me wander around in the brush and get some ticks and then said Hey, don't go over...
I bet I drove that truck, there's your problem;) If it was an OC truck, I can guarntee it had a hard life!
My pic on the left is me at NTC back around 1999 in the hidden pass when I was an OC with the Scorpions.
And to answer your question, No its not normal for the firewall to flex, bet you...
Wondering about that myself, I could get you one off this junker Goat but not quite sure how to get it off, maybe it's spot welded, will have to take a look at mine.
