I have an M35 Gasser, and I have NO lights, BO or otherwise. checked grounds at turn-signals/parking lights, passenger headlight(drivers is still out gonna convert to H3's haven't done yet), and the BO headlight. I am starting to think that my three way switch is faulty or dead. is there a way...

tip for starting diesel even though you have total glow plug failure.

That fluid is is only safe for diesels with NO glow system- either plugs or heated intake. It makes a lot of dead engines when people use it, even if the glow system is faulty, or "doesn't work" I put it in the same category as leak seal stuff, a bandaid that will cause an infection

1952 M35 Gasser repair and build

Didn't do much today, went to go look at a rust free 6.2 Chevy short bed. Rust free, yes, but everything needed work, frame was patched and welded at least twice on rear shock mounts, top flange had chunks missing, steering box section repaired and plated, needed front end work etc. Not worth my...

Also got cable for parking brake in partially, need to actually find some boots for it, maybe the GM handbrake boots I have seen...

    actual speed of deuce

with what speedometer cable ratio? I believe and probably wrong, but its a 1:187 for 11.00x20 tires, and 1:200 for 9.00x20 tires. depending on that and actual overall diameter of the tire you can range from as little as a 3% to as much as a 12%(I think, math might be off) difference. I have...

1952 M35 Gasser repair and build

All wheel bearings, knuckles packed, drums all adjusted, waiting for brake hoses, and waiting to hear back from Iris about brake fluid This is the converter I got, 20amp model, 25 bucks on Amazon, should work fine for a single cigarette lighter, most I see are only 15 amp at best Also put a...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

I think he means worthless if you don't use it on road. If you only use a light bar 2% out of total use of the truck, was it really worth it? Opinions really at that point

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Just a little input. But run covers if you don't less chance of being a "violation". NH law is 4 forward facing headlights, any more require covers

yay!...or not, got drivers side all together, bearings adjusted, cleaned bearings for passenger side, pitted outer bearing and race, inner bearing race all scratched up, and no auto store in my town carries the 3994, 392, and 3920 bearings and cups, so I have to wait for tomorrow when my dad and...

    UPFINN's Deuce Build

What I do is start to pull drum and hub, until I can fit my fingers into the drum, then I can grip the drum, and put my other Hand where the outer bearing race is. This allows the most movement for me, without allowing it to tip when it is almost off the spindle
