so my m35 master cylinder has a vent, and is blowing fluid out to a vent in my engine compartment (center of fire wall, pretty high up). enough to empty the m/c pretty quick, and make a big freakn mess. i was told to block it off, but i would like to find the problem. is it the hydrovac needs...
did you all catch that joey's wife was "going to weld on his trailer". and that she is bummed that she did not get to drive the new beast. she should be giving "wife lessons", my wife can't weld. i'm sending her back to school now, with the line "joey's wife can weld".
a bigger truck is often a...
the suspense is killing me, i am so very rooting for him. i would not want to have my wife with me on a recovery that did not go well. the I TOLD YOU SO's are rattleing around in my head, just out of sympathy for his situation.
good luck joey!
i just bought a duece in bend and had to drive 400 miles from reno nevada to get it and drive it back to reno.
quite an adventure, i lucked out, and only had a flat, no spewing.
btw, i am not sure how much gear oil a total "refill" takes, 10 gallons may not be enough, i did...
RE: Re: RE: Watermark - Decision
i like them. if someone wants the "no water mark" version, all they have to do is contact the poster. i also think it adds to the forums visibilty as "the source" for green truck information.
so jimmy, if the department of war only vetos green, paint the new iron something sensitive before bringing it home, and everyone will be happy. no green, no veto.
clinto, just did the lowes "drive through lumber yard" with my duece. he!! yeah, that was worth the price of admission right there. btw, 25 16' 2X4's were not a load. easy on, easy off, it does not get better than that!
and , squrl, hot chicks like big trucks, swear, i had to give a couple of...
we had miles and miles of very desolate desert to travel, so my biggest fear was breaking down in the middle of the road and not being able to move the beast off the road. we had a pickup chasing and a bunch of tow stuff just incase we needed to "get it off the road". everyone on this site, and...
i understand both sides. it depends on how he feels about an "adventure". if he has a few willing friends and an extra vehicle for "chase". its not just a "dumb idea" but a chance for a real life adventure. when we went to get my duece, i had a mechanic go over it pretty good, new master...
did anyone mention that not everyone on this site does the "smart thing" all the time? sometimes it's just fun to play with big green trucks, and if you accidently get some real work accomplished that it is a bonus.
i am sure everyone has a real need for all of the toys they have. NOT! but that...
RE: New m35
also got mine in a tragic e-bay clicking judgement lapse. and chose to drive it the 450 miles, bend oregon to reno nevada. like a new daddy when you see it for the first time, huh?
congrats, from the other side of the world, but the same side of rational
thanx all for the references. i thought i was going to have to read every manual in the tm section until i found the right one, not that they are not "can't put it down" kinda reading.
now my day is going to be wasted just looking at that picture of "jumbo". I WANT ONE, actually, i would like 2, but would settle for one. i am thinking bob the back end and make it into a PICK UP. watch out international cxts, "there's a new sheriff in town".
lee,
would you provide a link to the manual that documents the "official conversion".
is it legal to refer to the smarpi's in open company, sounds like something i would get my mouth washed out with soap for saying a few years ago.
thanx, i lost my brakes on a prostreet just after i had shut...
