tom, hopefully, this is not a hijack, not ment to be.
is the mod to dual circuit a mater of changing the master cylinder? what master cylinder are you using to convert to dual circuit?
thanx
is there a diner near by? if they want $9,500 for that truck, you want to eat what they eat or smoke what they smoke; cause it will make you very very calm.
the fluid reservoir is under the drivers seat.
mine did simular stuff, required a bit of a "pump up" before every stop. replaced the master cylinder, bled the brakes and now i can lock it up, ALL UP.
WARNING, the military used DOT5 fluid, look for signs of DOT5 or SILICONE before you fill the...
mike, is there a model number on them somewhere? i don't see anything that looks like that on peltors site, or any "related site". they kind of look like some peltor dectcom products.

i don't know if you all are familiar with these, but they are a fairly easy (not cheap however) cure to those low gear woes. i am running one on a truck with well over 700 hp and NO PROBLEMS. most of the really fast baja trucks are running them also, so the hp of mv's will not cause them much...
RE: Goat shiping
sarge,
yeah, his feedback was "all over the place", it seemed more that he used some other contractors to do some (hard to tell if it was all) of his shipping. seemed that when he really did a haul that the people were happy. i bought a pro street falcon on e-bay a few years...

i had a simular dilema, m35a2 450 miles away, bend oregon to reno nevada. fortunately, i had friends who could get it preped and put a few miles on it before i made my trek. i am unbelievably glad to say, i made the round trip with only one minor issue a flat on an inner dual on the...
that is so purty, i think you should buy it and put it in your front room. don't let it get dirty. i once bought a set of roller rockers for a truck that were blue aluminum, i almost bought a second set to mount on the wall.
i see the obvious trend here, but i loved the "can you do it = yes, should you do it = no" that is THE definitive answer; i am going to borrow that, ok?.
i think i will just go up there and drive the bad boy back, following with a 1 ton "just in case" i need a short drag. it seems obvious when...
there is discussion about towing dueces with pickups being "acceptable". can you do that for 450 miles? or should i just drive the bad boy and keep the towing in case of "misshap"? thoughts?
new to me truck, seems to run great, all brakes work, just done by trustworthy mechanic.
i am new to...
hello;
i just got my new 1966 m35a2 in reno nevada, and SURPRISE! i need some parts, who? what? where? in the area. need mostly brakes stuff, and a drivers seat (entire assembly). i understand that brakes are important with these trucks :)
thanx dan
