So you agree to just get the shurflo...... I think that's what I'm going to get the more I think about it. That's what jwaller told me to use and he uses similar pump. The thing I like about the on demand shurflo pump is that could be wired on its own circuit and set to 100 psi. You could have a...
That's what I'm thinking too

made for it 100 to 300 psi adjustable. But I've been talking to jwaller and he said the shurflo pumps are good enough and not really worth spending the extra money. I'd like to run more...
The on demand shurflo should run 100 psi safely that's what I'm reading. The bypass pumps won't work as they can't be adjusted. You could wire to another switch and have it kick off possibly at higher but I think they have a internal bypass valve that just recirculates once it reaches 60 psi
I don't think I'm going to go that route.... I already have boost and pyro gauges from Hewitt industries and I don't want to buy any type of controller. I have this planned out pretty good I think. I'm going to go with a two stage setup using the flame heater ports in the intake elbow. Smaller...
So on the one side of the dual acting cylinder you have a constant pressure of 50 psi and when switched to the other side you have full pressure to over come the 50 psi?
Also I'm curious to see your exhaust brake setup too
Lol no problem I'll be removing mine tomorrow cause I starter to mess with mine trying to get the pins out and it isn't going to happen on the truck..... the hinges started to move. So I will be pulling my doors tomorrow to drill the hinge pins out......
Truck is apart and ready for paint tomorrow once it dries. Everything looks really good once I got it clean. Paint and grease came right off..... probably hasn't been this clean is 40 yrs lol. I also reverse flushed the engine and got it to flow good clean water after a few minutes. Nothing...

This one is $69 but can be found cheaper. This is what all the diesel guys use and from the hours of searching I have done have not found one complaint about it. Some were even using the cheap 12v pump from harbor freight but I...
Pumps can be had for around $50 to $60 bucks and would be less of a headache in my eyes then a pressure vessel. Plus the other thing I see is possible cavitation using the tanks.
Idk really.... I see people all the time on craigslist posting for $150 to $500...... to me it isn't worth it..... I can go to the u pull it and get them for $20 a piece...... will they be nice leather no.... but I didn't really want leather anyway. .... I paid $60 for three rows out of a...
D#*$ you lol you out did my black leather power seats..... they look so much nicer then mine!!!! I'm jealous!
What gauge are you going with for the roof? I'm curious to see how you do it..... I might borrow some ideas lol
All this info and never was finished?
You guys missed a key point in all this. Wire a switch in the line from the hobbs switch so you can turn it on and off when you want it.
Here's my plan and I do plan in doing this but it might not be till after the bob is done.
I'm going to use a 24v...
Man that muffler is huge..... I thought my walker was to big at first. I think the muffler helped lower egt just in itself. Idk how but I have my fuel cranked and I'm only pushing 1200 if I really try pulling inclines..... I like the new u intake but is it necessary?
Jeepsinker I'd like to see...
