We have had a hard starting because of a sticky fuel control. Did the mechanic spin up the IP? Did he use Viton O rings in the head? Was the FDC bypassed? Did you replace the old oil feed line with a new one? Might just need the main fuel brought up a tad. Anyone with a cheap tool set can take...
I say if someone is watching me then you are a voyair and I hope you get your jolly's. Think they said every picture you send can be seen or anything that is on the Cloud. Heck I bet the government has a better collection of adult stuff with all the pics people send to each other. Sorry corrected.
No stream both holes atomize while one directs to the bowl of the piston the other to the side to help start the burn process. Maybe the TM should have said shoots a stream of atomized fuel into the bowl. The key to preventing diesel knock with fuels that have a lower flash point is the hyper...
I did not subscribe to OnStar after the one month free trial. My son's mobile was on record but they still called my son when the nice boy T boned me and I woke up in the helicopter. He was ahead of me buy 10 miles but turned around and helped get all my guns and tools out of the truck before...
I might try and run some strong cleaner in your injector tester then let the whole injectors tips sit in a can of the same stuff for a day or two. Then run them through the injector tester with cleaner again then switch to Diesel. You most probably have the newer injector that you just use a...
Don't need any of that if you just take the time to pull the shut down cover and check the fuel control for free movement.
You can even leave the cover off and run the motor to any rpm plus shut it down with your finger if it is not sticky / stuck. It is just two flat head screws and 2 shakes of...
Correct never jump the two big leads with a screw driver as it can weld the screw drive to the two big leads. Always a hot lead to solenoid small trip wire. Best thing to carry is a remote starter switch in the truck or tool box.
You already checked the booster pump and had 60 psi at 2600. The in tank pump can be checked in the same spot you checked the booster but you need a smaller range gage 10 /20 psi. If you have the engine off and in tank pump running and open the bleeder and if it wants to shoot out that is a good...
The TM has a 60 psi minimum at 2600rpm so believe your close at 70 psi. The Trouble shooting manual has pressures showing 65 to 75 psi for the booster pump. Seems like release would be not much more than the booster could make. I would not worry about the bounce as you are making the min. at...
