    I used vinyl siding to fix my top it worked real nice. I used 1/8 inch rivets with a wide head to hold it on it has been working for 10,000 miles now.

    This is kinda how I want to do the wheels and tires. I want to put some steel wheel wells over the tires though and only have two axles.

    Talking about the brakes. I have seen a few electric over hydro brake systems on trailers around here. Would it be possible to have both air and electric boosters on a trailer? That way it could be used with a MV or civi truck?

    Well I i I noticed it didnt look to stout, so Im gonna rebuild the trailer with stronger stuff. I dont plan to haul and thing big. Maybe a car or pick up truck or some haybales.probably 10,000lbs at the most. Maybe I should have titled this building a gooseneck trailer with 105 axles.

    That was kinda the idea. I believe the trailer was made out a older house trailer frame and It has some small 6 lug axles under it they look to be 3500lbs. I am gonna have to go through the whole trailer and strengthen it up.

    Truck wants to go faster when towing a trailer

    Yes a diesel is usually makes more power with a load. I have been to dyno nights where it is a common trick with a diesel to dragg the brakes a little to get a few more hp and tq.

    I think there is a special socket for some of the head bolts.
