Fywaks if i were you I would stick it out because it is not a scam, it just takes an unrealistic amount of time. You will get your hummer just wait and be patient. Anticipate 60 days after it updates to submitted to tsc. If it still says 'euc filled' they have not sent it anywhere, they probably...
I wouldn't consider myself a happy customer by any stretch of the imagination. Buying from govplanet is like finally hooking up with a hot celebrity - and finding out she gave you aids. 5 months of the trucks life were stolen from me.. Had the district sales manager tell me 14-28 days after...
Yep mine is still pending. 147 days in. No changes... Nearly humorous but truly pathetic customer service. Absolutely terrible follow up. Too many empty promises to be considered professional..
Im guessing another 8-10 days on mine (sale 10/14, euc submitted 1/11). 56 days since euc was submitted after gp holding the documents for 3 months. Wouldn't be entirely surprised if I was given a reason why it will be 60 more days. Was told on the phone it was placed in a priority envelope with...
Im looking at my x doors and you would have 3"+ missing if you cut the back door angle vertically. Would have a big hole. The rounded contours are much larger on the front doors. Meaning you would have to cut the front bottom corner to match a much larger radias. Good luck
From many years of hardware experience... They are proprietary. Call trucklite and ask for replacement screws. I would imagine it is about $15.00 for qty 50. It is NOT a standardized thread pitch and is NOT self tapping.
Kascar is $750 a door. Which is very very fair. You will understand why they are $500+ each once you own a set. I paid $3200 for a complete set in excellent shape. You may find them for cheaper but expect unrepairable dents in the aluminum and unrepairable cracks in the kevlar. The 3 ply glass...
Wow I am with Dan on this. Sale date 10/14, euc submitted 10/16. called once a week for two months and on 1/4 they tell me GOVPLANET dropped the ball. Submitted to tsc 1/11. This is day 120. Impossible to work with Govplanet, especially when they treat their customers unfairly.
Murphys law states the 4bt is the most expensive option. The 6bt with a small lift is a very common swap. The older engines dont require an ecu and can be ran with no computer. The later 6bts need a harness, computer, and unless you get the p pump, you will be wishing you have a little more...
The half shafts will not like it. The body will not fit without a 4+" body lift. And will still most likely require cutting the tunnel and/or 'firewall'. The 7.3ps doesnt quite fit without modification, nor does the cummins 6bt without a 2" body lift. A 4bt can slip right in.. Better save that...
4l80e(overdrive), red dot a/c kit, the x-doors have pull out release and springs back in place. Can be done with one hand. 12v Door solonoids($15 each) with 24v transformer($10 on amazon)to intercept the slot behind the latch so the rod will be pinched between the latch for the striker/latch...
