Drive them up figuratively speaking. I believe those days are over, but alas. Story of my life, day late, dollar short. I also missed out on all the 900 series trucks. Sigh.
Nope. That one had sides and top in bed of trailer. Kind of confusing why it went for more than the two with tops installed. Only take two people though. Lol
Well you have a great platform, been using your site for quite some time. As far as GL is concerned, when you have no competition then you don't have to invest much in customer service apparently. It is not that they cannot afford it. Making 22% from sale then charging a 12.5% fee on top.
If this does not turn out favorably, may be time for a "gear report" on their inefficiency. If I were to try and run business like they do, I would be ran out of town.
That is where control voltage come into control cubicle. possible fault module is giving you issue, but it is bypassed during start up sequence so it should crank, but will not stay running unless battleshort is flipped bypassing protection circuits/
Without any more info this would be first thing I would check to see if I had 24VDC to both sides of circuit breaker indicated in drawing. Should be fully depressed. Also there is fuse directly below that may be missing/blown.
3 phase does not have to be feared. It is actually more efficient. Just planning to balance loads and a 3 phase distribution. Power your house from A&B phase and run 120vac from distribution C phase
to garage to keep beer cold. Use an inductive load like an electric heater on C phase as load...
Update 6-1-17, off base and safely stored at BeastMaster's place. So a BIG thank you to him. Now I don't have to worry about threatening emails from GP claiming I am abandoning it.
My suggestion is if you a wary of the line side feeders, call your utility or an electrician friend. Respect for arc flash is of upmost importance. People are afraid of being shocked, when in reality arc flash is likely a more serious issue.
Thanks for the pictures. That is a really cool shelter and you certainly picked something with an infinite amount of configurations. I am looking forward to following your build.
Surprisingly my S788 weighs only about 750lb and the 250 just a bit more. Now if the ECU would have still been on rack on front it would have weighed in excess of 1600lbs but this thing had a unit on it at one time that would have made a polar bear happy.
You are not going to want to put more than one in bed of 1/2ton truck. They are heavy 1000+lbs if I remember right. I don't believe 2 would fit volume wise anyway. My silverado definitely knew it was back there, especially when braking. Also cannot Sync these in true sense of the word. Only sync...
That is a strange configuration. Not a S250 not a S788. Could you take some pictures from different angles. I am planning on doing same but with a S250.
