Do just like DH said and give it a try, you dont have to be real strong. I have a prosthetic arm ( left below elbow amputation). I service all my vehicles myself with little help, including bearing jobs on my m-816 wrecker. It can be very satisfying attacking and overcoming a problem.
An M353 ould be good. Low cg, adequate capacit, and a deck on the gooseneck for your genset and pump. They show up occasionally on GL.

There is an error on the club website with regards to the date. The correct dates are 4 and 5 Nov. The 6th is a Sunday, everyone will be gone by then.
