Great find! Keep in mind you are looking at hauling maybe up to 28,000 pounds. That is going to be the tough part of the project, rebuilding your one keeper will be fun.
Last year I started the deuce and a mouse popped up in the defrost slot at the bottom of the windshield. Ran across the windshield area and disappeared. That started a whole battle, and like you I won!
Are you near an Allison dealer? Maybe just tow her in for diagnosis. Are you still running motor oil instead of trans fluid? I doubt that would be it, but I never liked the idea of the motor oil. Hope it is something simple.
I always considered that valve usable for "limp home mode" or diagnostics. I doubt it would hurt anything to leave it closed, but I love my air assist and won't leave home without it!
I have used a lot of the Rapco paint. It is a CARC substitute, not CARC. They describe it as "ALL PAINTS ARE GILLESPIE COATINGS,INC. NON ACRYLIC ALKYD ENAMEL!"

You can talk to a lawyer but the way that is written makes me think you will lose. The fact that they have not ticketed everyone may not help, they may just take your list of other vehicles and write more citations.

I got 2 sets out using the heat, PB Blaster, try to turn, hammer repeat all the above. They finally began moving and eventually came out. I drilled out the holes slightly and used new off-the -shelf bolts to replace them.
