Just read through this thread a few times. Alot of info is there. Part#'s, pullers, ect.

I used that thread as a guide and bought the Dorman H-balancer and a puller from O'riellys and front...
Heres a pic of mine. Its a 2.5" lift (superlift?) I got the lift used.
Im running 33x12.5x15 with 10.5" wheels.
It works very well but If I had to do it over again I would try the 33's with a 4" lift shackle flip rear. But the 2.5 is doing just fine.
Rebuild.
I have ordered parts from CUCV Electric. Works great. But I like bringing my stuff to the LOCAL electric/magneto shop in town. They do a good job and its ready the next day working and all cleaned up.
I would change it. Filter and oil is cheap and its not too hard to do. Then you know what you got. When First got my Oh-9 That same week I changed 100% all fluids and checked the front wheel bearings. Good or bad it got changed.
UPDATE: On my recent winch install. The Super winch LP10K works ok but I wish I would have went with the WARN VR10K for a extra $150 . I exercised the cable a few times but the freespool is a little to free compared to some Warns I have used. And the breaker tripped out on me a few time during...

I just order 6-fuel filters for my L48 / L70 engines there the same. You might want to order the gasket for the fuel filter while your at it. Did You open the top cover and inspect the back of the gauge could have a broken lead. I did on mine. Good Luck
I took mine off and pressure washed it. Then put alot of small nuts 7/16? maybe and other types of cleaners and shook it around for like 20 min. Then sprayed it out with Carb cleaner. Its not perfect but good enough I think.
That is excactly what my new Mep002 was doing also when i first got it
A sticky I.P. arm. With the engine off I manually lifted the fuel shut off plunger and worked the IP arm up and down for over 20min till it freed up. It took some playing around but I got it.
I had also put some marvel...
I think the 12v resistor bypass and a stock GP system is the way to go IMHO
You can still leave the push button hooked up just in case. I bought all my GP stuff from CUCVELECTRIC.COM minius my AC-60s and I have the the pushbutton still installed. I had push button only for about 3-months and...
I agree - Use the Black 3m adhesive it is way better and the right color. Classicparts has it while buying the seals. You may need 2-tubes I used 1-tube of black and ran out and had to use the yellow 3m and it is runny and gets everywhere then you have yellow crap everywhere.
2-guys can remove...

I bought all my hardtop seals from classicparts.com. It ran me around $300 for everything minus the side windows. I will do the side windows when I find some sliders. The tailgate section is the most expensive. I also bought the 3m adhesive there too.
I bought my front door seals from...
I like that box and setup. I may have to try that with a RV Rec plug.
A little green paint on the box wont hurt:razz:
As for the fuel pump im still trying to figure mine out. Have you read through this threads and others...
I was going to PM you a few days ago and see if you got one. I was traveling overseas and didnt get to watch the bid. I wanted to know what they went for also being I got to preveiw all of them in person. They looked pretty good although I wasnt going to bid anyway. The mep016's looked the best...
Sorry,
It's post #20 your last post in page-2 on my thread
http://www.steelsoldiers.com/auxiliary-equipment/92700-mep016d-new-owner-3.html
You where talking about different methods of getting the pump working stock or making up a toggle switch system.
I would like to keep mine original but...
Check it out Ike. I got it going. Started on the 3rd pull. It's practically brand new. I installed new fuel filter and cleaned the tank. I ensured the injection pump wasn't stuck and fired it up.
I bought the pick up hose and screen from a local hardware store and made a make shift output...
Have you ever tried what you mention here in post #20?

I may play with mine again when I get more time. Im close to getting it going. I'm wondering If the thermal breaker is my problem. I have 24v all the way through...
