Try and see if you have air leaking from a front right glad hand ?? If it is then one of your quick release valves is bad .. Also chock the truck release the brakes and try and loosen up the slack adjuster if the brake rod does not move then your S cam has probablly flipped you maay try and...

If his avatar is his truck it is a Duece with the 25,000 lbs front wrecker winch it had to have a transmission chane to make it work on a duece !! Because the standerd Duece winch PTO drive is on the driver side of the trans. and the wrecker PTO drive is on the right side !!

I agree with 73m819 look at the air shift valve and clean and lube it first before you do anything drastic as welding !!!! Besides it is alot easier then taking things apart and welding !!
