Just picked up a 101a2 from GL with the military LED tail lights. I switched the bulbs to 12v at the lot but could not get the LED blackouts to work with my 1028.
The blackouts work find on my other 101a2 with standard bulbs but not this trailer.
is there a way to test the led? I havent...

Does anyone know the thread size for these? Im thinking of just taking a tube and welding a nut in it. From what i can see thats all that the missing part is.
I tested the relay per the TM and I am not getting voltage from ground to the orange wire until the ignition is on. That would mean that the relay is still good.
But if the contacts are worn it will appear good but not making a good connection?

Pulled my 101 trailer with 12sq of shingles and loaded 30 sheets of 4 ply plywood + 5 sq shingles in the bed. Drove fine, only went about 30 miles so I'm not sure of mileage.
