My 1028 runs better on it. I mix 60 diesel 40 motor oil/trans fluid/vacuum pump oil/hyd oil. I let it sit in a drum for a week or so, then run it through a filter using gravity. I got my filter part number from another thread on this site.

The fuel drain is clear and runs off that knob. Ive used that many times in order to get it started when air gets in the lines. There is also a larger, maybe 3/8" line straight out the bottom of the base and its a black line.

I am doing mine tonight and I see a small "distribution" block that connects to the regulator. It is also made of rubber and is cracking. Any idea if an auto parts store would stock it?

When a friend tried towing an 818 with a deuce, the first turn out of the base pushed the deuce into a gutter. The 818 was driven home.
