You are happy today, but what are you going to do when you "bid" $20,000.00 on something in CA? Not everything sold on GL is as cheep as M35s. If you really aren't placing these bids you better find out what is wrong. I would at least change my password.
I consider AFV and Tamiya to be the best. The rest varies depending on how old the mold to make the model is.
I have bought a lot of models at Hobby Lobby. You can subscribe to their email and get 40% off coupons about once a month. They also put their models on sale about every other month...
If you could prove that the bid was made in error you used to be able to get the sale canceled without paying the default fee. I don't know if the people here aren't trying hard enough or if GL has started playing hard ball. I am sure they will take it if you don't try to make your case.
And everything is still selling for a good price. They could probably up the buyers fee and the default fee to 100% and we would still keep on bidding.
You will get an email at midnight the day the sale closes. You can go to my bid history and see if you were the high bidder or not as soon as the sale closes.
Surepower made the original Duvac unit. Here is a link to the pdf of their current products. You would need the 100 amp unit and it retails for a lot of money, but it is the best solution.
Search for M1010 and duvac and you will find other solutions.
I will have to protest this statement. To get a drivers license you just have to pass a written and practical test once, usually when you turn of age. There is no background check. To get a CWP your have to get fingerprinted, a back ground check, and it is repeated every five years when it is...
I second the fuel gauge inaccuracy. You can barely count on the fuel gauge to tell you enough to keep from running out of fuel and then only after you have owned the truck a while and know what it means. I have one that would be running on fumes at 3/4 of a tank indicated on the gauge.
Thats what I hear, but I don't understand why. It should be just the opposite. The crime rate of permit holders is way below the national average. In Mississippi your name and fingerprints are run through the FBI and local law enforcement, not only the first time but again at each 5 year...
One interesting point we discussed a while back is that if you get stopped and your drivers license is run, the first thing they report back is that you have a concealed carry permit (assuming of course that you do have one). Something to think about if you are in a state that doesn't...
RE: GMC transmission questions
the transmission may have had to be rebuilt to use ATF. Then you never know what has been done with these older trucks. One reason I moved on to stuff straight out of service. :)
RE: GMC transmission questions
It has been a while since I studied up on these, but it could be something simple like adjustment problems in the linkage. This transmission shift points are controlled by engine rpm if I remember correctly. Could have the wrong fluid in the transmission. They...
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: GL $ and EUC
I would imagine that David would like to resolve this in the next couple of days, not the next couple of years. I have never seen anything slower than lawyers at work. I would get proof of payment and email it to customer service and perhaps use online...
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: GL $ and EUC
It just so happens I was cleaning yesterday and found my check from the last class action lawsuit I was involved (without being asked) with. I got back 13 cents from citibank in a class action lawsuit over their billing practices. Some group of lawyers...
