I believe he is talking about the definition of the condition code F7. As has been said many times before, condition codes on GL, which come from DRMO, don't mean a thing. I have seen new in the box listed has HX and scrap listed as A1. It usually falls at some random number in between.

I wouldn't think you would need the side lights unless you are trying to pass a commercial inspection. Most trucks are released without them as far as I have noticed. There is a kit that has all of the lights in it. I have heard rumors that it was to make it legal in Europe.

I have bought two sets of boat batteries. One was starting and one said starting and deep cycle. I thought the deep cycle might last longer with infrequent use, but I have nothing to base it on.
