Just as a wild guess.. Check the ground wire that connects from the engine to the fire wall. Take both sides off and clean the connections.

Some minor progress. Painted underside of the cab and cleaned up some other little items. Took the transfer case shifter lever assembly completely apart, painted, lubed and reassembled it. Painted a few other smaller do-dads as well. Have the Lizard Skin ceramic paint coming. So that will go...

Thanks for the information on the seats. I will look them up and see what they are like. Seat brackets may be another issue. Tuscarora State Park is just down the road from us!

I have a aluminum and plastic radiator in my M1008. I have driven the truck (towing a trailer) across the US two and half times. Most of it in 90+ temps. So far no issues with it. No clue where I purchased it from, possibly Auto Zone.
