could it be only getting pushed in by pressure..... aka driving in rain? maybe try a water hose jet cleaning wand...... especially on the over windshield marker lights.... and similar?

other wise the channel with holes in it designed to fit a lunette ring.... that alone can be found at...
consider going forward not backward (or both). AKA one fella (granted his was an Ambo box) made a front sleeping birth . Basically where a 1079 has the front hang over above the spare..... well he built a solid version of that and cut out top portion of front wall to match. Great use of...
Well I am a Pro at somethings....... but trailers ain't one of them. You might need to put a link.... apparently folk are not familiar with that trailer manufacture
ifff your going to be off road.... those air lifts beams on the sides may be good for pulling a laying down elephant of truck, back on its's wheels. I have a 3rd winch that am going to have a receiver mount plate made up to slide into whichever one I need, if my twuck decides to do the...
ahhh. ok.. exhaust valve = Pakbrake this time. Yeah knew you were going that direction.. the re-wording of it threw me off is all . Got me wondering that maybe you changed your mind and were heading in a new direction.
keep in mind..... bolts I think are different sizes. iffff I recall right it was like top and bottom are different..... or it was rear axle vs front axle.... maybe both..
So you giving up and going back to your 404 yet? 🤠 :ROFLMAO:.
you'll figure it out. look at fuse panel and see if you got the breakers in their for lights etc. They may have been robbed from the truck for other trucks. Happens.
just saw today fittings with the O-ring. appears the flare part is JIC ORB (O-Ring Boss) and the straight side with O-Ring is SAE o ring boss. supposedly they are for more unforgiving environments
update... replaced batteries with two 2023 CAT 1000cca batts and it jumped back to life. The two batts that were in it still show good via a battery load tester. Apparently the load tester does not load them enough for the fault to kick in??
where is that one?
Redid the alt ground a bit (could not get bolt off.. but spun the shiat out of it with the impact to help it clean itself) and cleaned the ground by the starter. Added a ground from Batt to the chasses.
now that it is warm... my alternator occasional works LOL. (200 amp Hummer)
Will the excite wire get voltage if the alternator ground is not at all or is poorly connected? Knowing that will help me diagnose if it is that or ground (or regulator)
