He said the starter was bench tested and that was ok... Simple test and I have seen issues with K1 myself and strange started issues. Easy to rule out.
Just because the gauge is showing something doesn't mean there is power on the truck. There are no lights on the dash and the oil pressure isn't at zero. I am thinking there is no power... When I power up my truck the oil will go to zero.
I think there would be no harm if you link to the...
The TM only show the trans cable as an assembly for the WTECII. No part numbers for the connectors or contacts. It maybe on the US TACOM drawings if you can get a hold of them. The drawing number is 12378540 .
The WTECII ECU Is rebuildable I believe. I'd would use the search function here...
I have had bad luck with chiness relays. Also those don't have the diode accross the coils like the ones that can from the factory. Rommer has a link to my suggestions. Much better quality IMHO
I have to asks can it swivel 360º+? Look like there are 3 wires going though. I would check continuity of all 3 wires.
Looks like it's fig 496. I come up with a US TACOM part number of 11669352 and a NSN of 4810-01-106-2062
Looks like your part may have been made by Hydromotion and...
I know that that a transmission repair/rebuild is more likely a depot repair and would most likely be a contractor. I am looking for an Allison manual. NDT posted the Allison manual for the trans ECU and was hoping someone had a lead on the trans itself. I am not going to do anything major but...
Yeah I know. I did buy it and it seem well built. I am not a fan of Chinese stuff but $255.95 vs $3000.00. Hopefully I only need to use it once. I have been asking people for someone to be there is the thing fails... to call 911...
USA jack...
There are 4 different relays used in the A0 PDP. You have a 4 and 5 pin and 12 or 24 volt coils. I decided to keep it simple and use the 5 pin relays. The 5 pin will work as a 4 pin with no issue. All you need is a 12 volt and 24 volt coil relay. You only need 2 to keep as spares. I chose...
The RPM speed sensor on the belling housing is only for the STE/ICE and if you have a tachometer. It only other ting is it goes thought the frequency divider. This is the STE/ICE connection. Has nothing to do with the CTIS. The speed signal for the CTIS comes from the trans converter.
I was asking about the orignal issue with the CTIS overspeed light flashing. I bought a replacement CTIS ECU and this one too flashes the overspeed light. I was wondering if he found the issue. Other than the flashing overspeed light the replacement ECU works fine.
