If its 1/4 inch brake like westy says (and i believe he is right) then instead of capping the rubber line just get a male 1/4 inch pipe plug and put it into the spot on the T fitting that the rubber would normally connect to. :-)
Thats pretty much the plan No2. Angle grind the ever living crud out of the rust spots (nothing there more major than surface in 99 % of the spots) And then give her a nice coat of paint, what color i'm not sure. Be nice to bring it back to the strata blue that it was originally but at the same...
Ok guys, went and checked out the 108 tonight. You will have to give me a break on the pics i missed taking a bunch of shots that i should have but it was farking cold and freezing rain was falling. ASTFU is a great guy and to help me find the place he had his deuce out front running and with...
Hopefully it gets moving a bit quicker than late january. Don't want it to get snowed in too badly. I think the data tag has the weight at 750 lbs empty or somewhere about that. If you have a pintle hitch handy then i see no issue.
I wouldn't chance it. Even if you clamp off the rubber line there is nothing stopping that most likely really old rubber from tearing where you clamped it as its not used to being squished that much. IF you gotta drive her home, the most half assed repair i would rely on would by to cap off that...
 Wrong direction gimp...i'm lacking a ride going north :-P Although it does look like i will be driving to florida in late Feb. Somehow i doubt the roadtrip buddys would like me slowing them down that much.
Anyone parting a truck able to swipe the harness for an ether injection system?? I have the bottle holder and the switch plate in the cab but none of the wires or tubes. Anybody able to give me a hand here. It would be really nice to have the sysetm operational even if i don't intend to use it...
Ok guys, here is the deal. I have to help my uncle move to somewhere in VA early in january. He will be driving his truck and towing a trailer full of all his stuff and i get the fun task of following him in his car. Here is where i might be able to help someone out. I have no idea how exactly...
So um chris....little compulsive issue buying 900's lately:razz: Thats like 4 of them in the last 6 months :-) Sorry ya gotta give that one up, its a hell of a nice truck for the price. You can always count on a swift kick in the arse around here, then a hand back to your feet. Goodluck on the...
The trailer is currently located in salisbury MA. Set something up with mark and i'll gadly meet you somewhere to swap it off for the next leg of its journey.:-D Its still hooked to the deuce from its tow into the parking area.
Hell yeah man, find that number. Bede63 needs a deuce wrecker too :-) If it isn't the 108 then it would be the even cooler M60. From what i can find its pretty much a 108 but with a rear drag winch. As a side note, do you have any more pics of your truck with the plow on it?? From your avitar it...
