There's more to obtaining a title than just presenting a bill of sale. The vehicles sold are sold without a SF-97. Then there's the matter of people buying them under the agreement that they were not to be titled. Which could be viewed as a breach.

I'm still confused with your posts. You asked for the best turbo. Then asked how to install squiters, then explain what has been stated, then revert and make an exception.

HT3B is the turbo to use
NHC 250s do not have oil squirters

Easier to swap engines than adding squirters. Plus you'd have more power/potential from a big cam.
The NHC 250 series doesn't have squirters since its a NA engine.
