I drove my M813 to the Ga Rally and towed the Duece to play with. Hardly knew the Duece was behind me except on dirt when it refused to follow. I love the BIGGNESS of the 813, its power and the power steering. I have three five tons, but now I also have three dueces. I love my little dueceys...

When i picked my Duece up I stopped at a Wendys and parked the trailer in the Super Market lot next door. When I came out there was a new Ford pick-up wraped around a light pole. Driver was so busy looking at the Duece he did not see the pole. Caught it right between the headlights.

I don't have much to offer but I think the 3406 was the inline 6 used in a lot of medium duty trucks. I have a friend with a GMC Topkick with the 3406 in it.

In my experince of watching the sales, it always slows way down at the end of each year and then picks back up at the first of the next year. I don't have a clue about the number of trucks left to sell but there is an end somewhere. On the bright side I do think the value of the trucks we own...

That is a great looking Mutt. If it was cut someone did an excellent job putting it back together. If it was not cut then you stole it. Mine is painfully obvious were it was welded back together.

Man that's a great looking truck. It looks just like my M813. even down to the camo bed cover on a green truck. Only your cover looks new and mine is faded. My two employees and myself worked for a week to get it to look like that.

I was told by several people the glad hand hook-up on a duece would not work because of check-valves in the system. Works great on five tons but they were designed for it with a front glad hand hook-up and the Dueces were not. I fabricated a fitting for mine and it can be changed it 5 minutes...

RE: Re: RE: Flat Tow m342a2? I just towed my M35 A2 to the Ga. Rally. I used a regular M105 trailer cable to plug in to the towing M813 and spliced in a three wire extension cord to get to the rear. Just inserted bare copper into the right pin holes and secured that and spliced in the cord...

Bulbs should not be a problem. My NAPA dealer can get them as well as my large truck parts place. They are on e-bay all the time but usually sell for more than I can get them from these guys.
