Davep49, yes the t-22-b is available at the DMV. Or send me a PM with a fax number and I will send you a copy. I have a friend who will be selling an 800 series 5 ton dump sometime in the next year. He bought two, one for a pond project and a spare for backup. When the pond is finished he...
More pictures
Here are a few more pictures of the Rally. My main computer has to go to the shop today and I don't think the network will work without it, so I may be off-line for a couple days.
Ga Rally
I have lots of good pictures but am not very computor literate, so will take some time to get them on. Also no captions but I think you will enjoy them anyway.
A farmer in Ga can drive any vehicle without a CDL for his own use, not for hire, 150 miles from his home base. If you cross state lines then that states rules apply. I have farm bureau insurance and have never had any problem adding a truck and have three five tons, a duece and a jeep insured...
HOME!! Man that was fun!! We had a great time with some great folks. I had problems getting there as I missed 3 turns and the Duece refused to tow on dirt. Had to drive 25 miles the first time to find a big enough paved lot to turn around in and then 25 miles back. Last two times just...
Ya-hoo!!!! its on. Mostly loaded and ready. Have to re-hook the Duece in the morning, check everything, load a couple cans of fuel because I almost ran out in Fl because of the remoteness of the place. Get One of my guys to steer the duece to the pavement and go. I am raosting peanuts as I...
OK, I have my two trucks hooked together, have fantastic brakes, but the duece will not follow on dirt. Hopefully there is not any dirt road until I get there. Have turn signals and brake lights on the towed duece by wiring into the trailer plug on the duece. One problem is the headlights...
THANKS guys. This is what I was looking for and just for the record I searched Duece air-pac modification for towing and got zero hits. I guess with the dash in air-pac and I had also misspelled modification it did not work. I then spent an hour going thru the forums and could not find it but...
A five ton truck has glad hands at the front, so when towing you hook the service brakes up and have brakes on the towed truck with no modifications. Can I run an air line to the rear of a duece being towed and have brakes, or will it damage something??
Its 150 in Ga. But South Carolina is only 50 miles from my farm and they don't honor that. I take a chance every time I go to Fort Jackson for a pick-up because I am suppossed to have a CDL to drive my one ton and pull my 37 foot gooseneck. Its small roads all the way so very seldom see DOT...
