Park close Lane. You are bringing Maple syrup right?? Spelling is wrong I know. I am bringing South Ga Cane syrup and I will trade you a bottle. My friend is bidding on a dump truck as we speak so the timing is bad for the trucks where you are. Forget about that for now.
We spent all day getting ready. The air beds are blown up, sleeping bags in place, Toilet and paper in place, five gallon water jug filled and straped down, cooler filled with water, pepsi for drinks and Oj for breakfast, night lites are hung and truck is prepped and ready to go. Of course...
Welcome Robyn!!! I see you joined a couple of years ago so I guess you have been watching us. Not a problem here, I hope we can all work together to make the system better. We are a good bunch of guys who appreciate the machinery that made and kept this Country what it is. It would be a...
I have two gun rings for sale and can bring them to the rally. They look brand new and appear to never have been installed. Its the ring only with no attaching hardware. The ring is complete to the best of my knowledge. I am asking $700.00 each. If interested and you want pictures PM me...
We have a member in our tractor club that buys jeeps and sells used parts. At one of our plowdays he brought an old Jeep with a three point lift on the back and had a harrow mounted. He fell in line with the tractors and plowed with his Jeep.
I have seen the complete kits advertized for as much as $2200.00. I have three brand new never installed rings with no attaching parts that I am thinking of pricing at $700.00.
I don't know about the tie downs. I bought the cover used on e-bay. Those straps are for when the sides are rolled up. There is a loop on the outside that the inside strap hooks on and then you tighten it up. I just assummed all tops had them.
RE: 5 ton v.s. duece
My 813 has the 250 cummins in it as do all the 800 series trucks. It has a muffler unlike the dueces but is still louder than my duece.
My first big truck was an M813 5 ton. Everything on a 5 ton is much heavier than the same components on a Duece so I would think it would be stronger when bobbed. As far as the trailer goes the truck would handle that weight range good but I would get a trailer with air brakes. The truck is...
Prepartions have begun. Hows this for a Ga redneck RV. The wife thinks its neat and is busy figuring out where to hang the mirrow and how to hang a curtain for the bathroom.
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Chili
Gimp, I am planning on going but I am on the east coast and 200 miles from Atlanta. I could use a co-pilot as My Wife is driving her car but I don't see how is do-able.
The M543 is a good truck. I got mine 5 miles from my house for $2500.00. The guy lost his lease and had to move. so he was willing to go cheap. Of course I had to pay him $2500.00 for the M51 dump truck also as it was a package deal. :D :D :D :D
I carried two 6tl cores to my interstate distrubtier two weeks ago. I was only using them for cores but he said, I don't have any recon's now but I will next week. How much I asked. $50.00 bucks for a recon 6tl. I only use recon or blems in most of my farm machinery because it sits so much...
