So, this is an ancient thread, but after reading about 25 of the old front axle boot threads, I think it's the most appropriate.
My personal truck is due for maintenance and I am going to start putting new boots on my resale trucks.
I do not want zippered boots because I prefer the one piece...
Once the bead is broken, you just need a "tire spoon" to work the tire and tube off the rim.
I used to have access to a machine. I broke the bead and spun the tire off like a normal tire, being careful not to damage the tube. Our machine was just barely able to retract it's feet far enough to...

Although in theory I agree with this; in execution it's nearly impossible. The agency in charge of an area would have to have sufficient manpower to more or less watch every vehicle in the area and document misuse/abuse.
Then it gets to the already overworked court system, which doesn't have...
I get the value of painless harnesses for street rods and such, where none of the original vehicle's gauges, ignition or general electrical system will be reused. Bu for our purposes, a brand new harness for $310 is an absolute no-brainer.

How do you think the guy feels who is bidding on a wrecker and on Thrsday morning, some other guy, who has...
Here's the thread when I did mine, it's an ok thread: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?11295-All-this-for-a-freeze-plug-
And here's a post to a collection of M44 head gasket threads...
One of the positions we need is a person who can be a responsible wrecker operator.
We assume someone will bring a functional wrecker, but we also need someone who is approved to use said wrecker, has loadout experience and will be available the majority of the time. So someone who's going to...
What he means is that it is likely your airpack has a failed or failing internal seal and is bleeding air pressure.
Although it's difficult to diagnose from here, you'll likely be breaking it down and rebuilding it or buying a new one.
There are many good threads on the forum detailing the...
Pictures of what you get with a new Olympic pump are on this thread, with install being on post #14.

You'll never get an answer from Kelone. I simply do not understand how he stays in business. The only thing that makes sense to me is his Mule and dataplates businesses are hobbies that don't actually pay the mortgage so he treats them as unimportant...
