Richard Thanks for the reply. I have pulled both master cylinder and air pack. Master cylinder was leaking to the outside and the inside was gunked-up. Cleaned and honed it. There were two rough spots which took a lot of honing to smooth out but I think it will hold a rebuild. Tore down the...

Yes, but the key is how broken. Inspected today and apparently the Motor Pool had started working on them. The hydralic line is missing from the master cylinder to the air booster and the bootom shield plate under the air booster only has one bolt in it. I would guess rebuild the master cylinder...

I posted the questions about the injection pump on my dump truck earlier. Today I got it running and it runs great. I knew the guy I got it from said the one time he started it that it ran wide open and he shut it down with the shut off cable. When I tried to crank it there was no fuel. So what...

    injection pump question again

I tried to start my dump truck with multi-fuel engine today. I was told by the guy I bought it from when he started it, it ran wide open. He never got back to it to fix it. I drained the filters and then bleed back to the pump. It acts like its not pumping fuel. Cracked a couple of lines at...
