I had the same problem on my M936 and it turned out to be the valve on the top of the transfer case. The valve is the one that keeps the shifter in place and when you push the button on the shifter it releases so you can shift the transfer case.
The lift pic is of the valve and the 2nd is of the...
I understand your pain. When we pickup my M936 with the 11x20's we could only get 65psi in the tires and on the way home I hit a bad spot in the road with a lot of ruts in it. It was not fun driving it for about 4 sec. The truck started rocking back and forth. Now I run 90psi all round.
I have had good luck with the Raptor bed liner and you can tint it to the color you need or just use the black.

Nice Truck and lots of BII to go with it!! Wreckers are cool and useful. I have used mine a number of times, pulled a motor from a truck, put my S280 shelter in and out of my M923A1. But it is heavy, be safe and have fun!!!
You can get the U-Pol Raptor that is tintable, then had a car paint supply house mix up some tint for you. I did that on a Deuce I did. I sprayed it on the cab floor and the bed floor. Worked and Looked great.
I used the Rust-Oleum® high temp primer and paint, in black, it was rated for 2000 degree. It has held up well.

It is not that hard, you just have to be safe about it. I get my diaphragms from Napa also.
Service side is a T12 and spring brake side is a T16.
When your lifting the bed can you see that the latch is pulled back? The latch should be pulled back anytime your lifting the bed.
If it is not I would say the Hyd. cylinder my not be working.
For safety be sure to put the bed stops up to hold the bed if you start to work on the Hyd...
I had a M934 and it drove nice, the ride was great due to the long wheel base and the weight of the truck. I think it was around 30,000 lbs.
The problem was putting the sides out, it was a pain by your self or just with two people. To make a camper out of it all the mounted things inside had to...
