    you will be WAY under powered with a deuce motor, my old gasser m52 had a lot of power, got 6 mpg+ on the highway, even when I pulled the heavy LACROSS 50t lowbed I had for a bit, still got to 52 55 on tack easy

    Yes, that would be the lip that fits in the notch at the top of bore that seats the liner If I was to pull the liner, I would look really CLOSE for cracks in the block right at the hit area, especially where the liner lip sits

    Look right at the hit, then the crack and another crack at 3 o-clock, think though may be wrong that the liner is tweeked by the solid hit, because at 6 o-clock the liner is flush with the block inside the gasket, at 12 0-clock at the hit, it looks like edge of block then gasket, plus the soot...

    Looks like something GOT into #3, DROVE the liner down, beat the piston edge up, liner looks cracked about a inch to the right of the hit, bet getting that liner OUT will be fun, if you found nothing in #3, check the exhaust valve and seat real good, as well as look for cracks at the same spot...

    Not sure i would tow very far on those tires, It has been sitting so long that the front tires have sunk so deep that it is sitting on the front axle, and as far as hooking up air, I would not count on the brakes being anything but crap

    Yes, also if for some reason the oil pressure sender is messed up the the box thinks there is oil pressure (engine running) and then no starter, this is why you can't restart while rolling unless you step on the clutch

    You can use a 900 5t box on a 809 BUT NOT a 809 box on a 900 5t I really do not see why someone can not get rid of the 809 box all together, just have a main on/off solenoid, then wire there to each system, I have run a lot of cranes with the 855s ALL are wired this way, VERY KISS

    full shut off solenoid on NHC250?

    leaked, to lazy to fix it, you NEED to put it back, any good sealing on/off valve will work. You have NO WAY to shut the engine down if the shut off solenoid STICKS open other then a stall and that is bad for everything and yes I have had them stick open before.

    Put a SPRING on the EMG. engine kill, that way you don't have to go to the motor to RESET it each time and you can do the shut down like a multi. even with a new solenoid put the spring on in case it takes a dump later, just screw the screw in and go, also this way you can run WITHOUT batteries...
