PB - I got both the upright arms for the windshield swivels broken loose - they were rusted shut. Sand blasted once opened up into two sections - put light grease in them upon re-assembly. All I can say is HOLD onto the windshield when lowering the framework - it is really "free".

OP - that is a nice looking 37 I know TWO folks that would take that immediately.
OR - you need to pick it all up on a super great deal and part it all out - then take your money and get one with a title - you most likey will find one more together and will all pieces attached. Just a thought from someone who has no problem with "projects" but this may be your better choice...
