Little more done on the box with body work left to do.
Here are a few pics
Proud of ya Chris - way to go and support.
I never give up on anyone hanging around till they get that deer in the headlight look like they are loosing interest - then I am done with them.
Speaking of tree's - I had that one cut down "someone" nailed and going to make him a desk plague out of it.
You have a bigger inspiration right in your neck of the woods who is the Master - Warthog. If I lived in his area I would be all over him for advise. He has a Parade set up with very few folks headed to it - are you signed up !! should be - at lease to support his efforts.
Finding the covered...
Opps - the fenders off the box accidentally fell off -
Got the framework pulled out before blasting and make sure it was square with the frame - opened the bolt package and used the OEM hardware.
Got the outside of the box blasted minus the fenders - major work blasting to the interior of the...
Wow - looking at your roof just brought back flashback memories - doing mine was in the full GA sun in summer time.
I took a high speed sander with fibre discs to mine with 80 grit and whizzed the whole thing - then went over it with 120 - the rest was palm sanded down from there.
Nice work...

Then only a rubber grommet is placed where the Military...
Amazes me how some folks just rip pics apart for the little stuff - my door is always open so you can teach me and learn work habits besides endurance. Just bring your big boy diapers.
Seeing as I mention that - look at the pic with the steps when I first laid them on - did ya not notice...
BTW - I do get a few pm's about what it should be and what I did wrong or kinda like what I did - but I really do not care.
If them folks would come here and spend a couple days working with me they would be running out of the garage screaming like babies and headed back to mama for a hug.
I...
Now that it is running with the stuff hooked back up - I just stick a 5 gallon bucket where the seat belongs - turn the radio UP HIGH on the counter - grab my beer and let my imagination run wild - sometimes I just throttle up a bit just to get the "feel". At least I cannot back into a tree...
Zev - its just a figment of your imagination. Besides I do not give a rats arse thought to what legal - I just choose not to comply.
Opps = there is another one of them beers calling - gotta go
